What is the Mines casino game?

Mines is the signature game of the crypto-casino generation. It borrows the look of the classic Windows Minesweeper — a grid of tiles, some hiding mines — but turns it into a cash-out gamble. You pick how many mines are buried among the 25 tiles, anywhere from 1 to 24. Every tile you flip that is not a mine reveals a gem and pushes your multiplier higher. Cash out whenever you like to bank stake × multiplier; flip a mine and the round ends with the stake lost.

The clever part is that you set your own risk. One mine is a slow, low-risk grind where almost every pick survives. Twenty-four mines is a single 4% shot paying 24.75×. Most players sit in between, and the popular three-mine setup pays just under 2× for five safe picks — roughly a coin flip.

How the Mines game works

• Board: 25 tiles in a 5×5 grid.
• Mines: you choose 1–24 before the round; more mines = higher risk and reward.
• Gems: each safe tile flips to a gem and raises the live multiplier.
• Cash out: any time after one safe pick, locking in stake × current multiplier.
• Bust: hit a mine and you lose the stake; the round is over.
