Mines Payout Chart 2026: All Multipliers

Mines multipliers run from 1.03× (one mine, one gem) to a theoretical 5,148,297× for clearing thirteen gems through twelve mines. Every value equals 0.99 divided by the true win probability. The static charts below list each multiplier for 1, 3, 5, 10 and 24 mines.

How to read this chart

Pick the table for your mine count, find the number of gems you plan to reveal, and read the multiplier — that is what Stake, BC.Game, Roobet and every other site in our top 8 will show in the bet panel, because all of them pay 0.99 ÷ probability. The dollar column prices a $10 bet. These tables are static and printable by design; for any mine count not listed here, or to export a table as CSV, use the interactive Mines calculator. For the probabilities behind each cell, see odds explained.

The maximum payout for every mine count

The ceiling of each ladder is its full clear. The famous 5,148,297× sits at 12 mines — highlighted below — because C(25, 12) is the largest combination count a 25-tile board can produce:

Multiplier milestones: the cheapest route to each target

Working backwards from a target multiplier to a setting is how disciplined players use this page. Some common targets and the settings that reach them most directly:

TargetCheapest settingReal payoutWin chance
≈2×3 mines, 5 gems2.00×49.57%
≈5×3 mines, 10 gems5.00×19.78%
≈12×5 mines, 9 gems12.04×8.22%
≈25×24 mines, 1 gems24.75×4.00%
≈100×12 mines, 6 gems102.17×0.9689%
≈800×12 mines, 8 gems831.98×0.1190%
Maximum12 mines, 13 gems5,148,297×1.92e-5%

Remember the symmetry: swapping mines and gems leaves both probability and payout unchanged, so 3 mines/5 gems and 5 mines/3 gems are the same 2.00× bet at different pacing. Which volatility band suits your bankroll is the subject of best Mines settings, and the exit discipline that makes any target survivable is in the strategy guide.

The max-win caveat

Every multiplier above is mathematically exact, but casinos cap the maximum amount a single bet can win. At normal stakes the cap never matters; at high stakes the deep rows can imply payouts beyond it — a $100 bet into the 5,148,297× cell implies over $500 million, which no site will pay. Check the maximum-win line in a casino's terms before chasing the bottom rows of these charts, and treat the six- and seven-figure multipliers as the mathematical curiosities they are.

Mines payout chart FAQ

What is the highest multiplier in Mines?

About 5,148,297×, for clearing all 13 safe tiles with 12 mines set — the cell where C(25, 12) peaks. The odds are 1 in 5,200,300, and every casino's maximum-win cap kicks in long before a serious stake could collect it in full.

What does 3 mines pay in Mines?

From 1.13× for the first gem, through 2.00× at five gems, to 2,277.00× for a full 22-tile clear. The complete 3-mine ladder is in the chart above and matches Stake's and BC.Game's bet panels exactly.

Is the payout chart the same at every casino?

At the eight sites we rank, yes — all pay 0.99 divided by the true probability, which is the chart on this page. The notable exception is the third-party Spribe version, which divides by 0.97 instead: every multiplier about 2% lower, triple the edge.

How are these multipliers calculated?

Multiplier = 0.99 ÷ P, where P = C(25−M, k) ÷ C(25, k) is the chance of revealing k gems against M mines. Nothing else enters the formula — derivation and worked examples on the formula page.

Does my bet size change the multipliers?

No — the chart is identical at $0.01 and $1,000. What bet size does interact with is the casino's maximum-win cap: at high stakes, deep multipliers can imply payouts above the cap, in which case the cap, not the chart, is what you receive.
